Our Story
Bunz is the brainchild of Chef and Restaurateur Jeff Rossman of Terra Hospitality Group. The family restaurant, Pam Pam (started by Mike Rossman), opened in 1981, occupied the Hotel Circle space for over 30 years and it was time for a change. Chef Rossman’s approach to food encompasses local, farm fresh food keeping it simple and just plain tasty. We pride ourselves in sourcing and incorporating the finest ingredients possible. All of our products are carefully curated and expertly prepared.
